Baricenter of the great wine regions (Bordeaux, Irouleguy, Jurancon, Coastal Biscay Txakoli, Madiran, Navarra and Rioja) the French Basque coast is a place of knowledgeable people. Concerned to promote the Basque terroir Emmanuel convinced by excellence. And this virgin land of vineyards would naturally adopt its creations born in the Basque Country.

The work of Emmanuel Poirmeur is divided between 3 towns near the Spanish border (St Jean de Luz, Urrugne and Ciboure) who all share the same enthusiasm for local innovation, valorization of soil and land.

Place of character, the Basque Coast is a source of inspiration into creating his wines.

More than a geography where Earth & Ocean gathered for the perfect expression of its wine creations, this mythical place of exception sublimates his work of winemaker. "It is a great privilege both to immerse our tanks in the bay of Saint Jean-de-Luz and cultivate our vineyards overlooking the classified site of the Corniche. My wines are the fruit of the Basque coast, its nature, its energy and emotions. It is a territory and a culture that impregnate, I wanted my wines the reflect of life here. They are wines of character both impertinent and free that would not have been born elsewhere. "

The Basque Coast is also home of a new hyper creative food culture. Emmanuel wanted to design his wines in line with that unlimited creativity: Pintxos, fish, seafood, charcuterie, cheese.
