To Reveal & To Surprise

our range of wines cradled by the Ocean

Our range of wines were vinified through an exclusive patented winemaking process in the Bay of Saint-Jean-de-Luz, 15 metres below sea level.

DENA DELA White

A dash of lime and freshness. An original and chiselled aromatic profile, enhanced by the conditions of its subsea vinification process, at 15 metres below the sea level, in the Bay of Saint-Jean-de-Luz.

DENA DELA Rosé

Addictive. An original and chiselled aromatic wine, ranging between wild strawberry and citrus and enhanced by the conditions of its subsea vinification process, at 15 metres below the sea level, in the Bay of Saint-Jean-de-Luz.

DENA DELA Red

Dena Dela Red wine takes you to an entirely different place. Its aroma of dense berry notes will surprise and delight uniting both sides of the frontier, this cuvee was first vinified South, in the Hegoalde region, Navarra, and was then taken to Ipparalde, in the northern part of the Basque Country, to be immersed 15 metres below sea level, in the Bay of Saint-Jean-de-Luz.

ARTHA, Lightly effervescent, Red

This red wine’s aromatic profile is uncommon, bearing dense dark cherry and berry notes with a slight effervescence. Fully immersed at 15 metres below the sea level, its vinification is complex and demanding. Each cuvée brings out new flavours, depending on the subsea conditions encountered.

ERLAITZA, Chardonnay grown on the Basque Ledge, White

Erlaitza’s first millésimes were produced exclusively with grapes grown from the only vineyard of the Basque Coast, on the Basque Ledge in Urrugne. Erlaitza – which means the cliffs that fall into the Ocean in Basque – is already a great wine, much to our delight. The wine carries complex notes of citrus, spice, bergamot and beech wood. Its power increases gradually, and reveals itself as soon as the bottle is opened. It’s a mysterious and captivating wine. A pleasant and sensuous Chardonnay, that stands apart from the classic references.
